Registration will open on September 19th, 2026 at 10am Pacific Time.
Due to overwhelming demand for rooms at CCBC, we will continue to use a lottery system to determine the order in which rooms are offered.
If you miss the lottery, or are unsuccessful in securing a room, you can still attend Hot Seat Retreat! Your registration includes access to the CCBC resort whether you stay there or not.

Saturday only - $100
1 day (Wed-Fri) - $85

4 breakfasts (Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun)
2 mixers (Wed & Thurs evenings)
1 BBQ (Friday afternoon)
1 Dinner (Saturday evening)
In/out access to the CCBC Resort
