Registration will open on Saturday, September 20th, 2025 at 10am Pacific Time.

Due to overwhelming demand for rooms at CCBC, we will continue to use a lottery system to determine the order in which rooms are offered.

To be eligible for the lottery you must register on Saturday, September 20th, 2025 between 10 am and 11:59 pm Pacific time (that's 1pm to 2:59am Eastern).

Event Registration

Pass prices for Hot Seat Retreat 2026 are as follows:

4 days - $340

3 days - $265

2 days - $180

Saturday only - $100

1 day (Wed-Fri) - $85

Your registration includes:

4 breakfasts (Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun)
2 mixers (Wed & Thurs evenings)
1 BBQ (Friday afternoon)
1 Dinner (Saturday evening)
In/out access to the CCBC Resort
Free water and refreshments

There is a 3-night minimum at CCBC

NEW in 2026 - CCBC will charge a flat fee of $100/room for all cancelled rooms. Fee may be greater if the cancellation is less than 14 days before the event.
