How does registration and room booking work?

All rooms at CCBC are managed by us

Due to the overwhelming demand for rooms year after year, we are moving from a timestamp-based race to a lottery system to determine the order in which rooms are offered.

I didn't get a room. Should I still come?

Absolutely!

CCBC Resort Hotel was selected for Hot Seat Retreat precisely because of the ability to host very large gatherings where only a small proportion of guests are staying on site
