Registration will open on September 20th, 2025 at 10am Pacific Time.
Due to overwhelming demand for rooms at CCBC, we will continue to use a lottery system to determine the order in which rooms are offered.
More information about the registration process and prices will be available later this summer.

The 2025 registration fee is $310
Your registration includes:
4 breakfasts (Thurs, Fri, Sat & Sun)
2 mixers (Wed & Thurs evenings)
1 BBQ (Friday afternoon)
1 Dinner (Saturday evening)
In/out access to the CCBC Resort
Free water and refreshments
If you're attending only part of the event your fee will be $75/day for Wednesday, Thursday & Friday and $85 for Saturday
